       Mother's Day Tributes

                                Deaconess Margaret Seward

                              God’s Masterpiece by Herbert Farnham

 God took the fragrance of a flower, The majesty of a tree,
 The gentleness of morning dew, The calm of a quiet sea.
 The beauty of the twilight hour, The soul of a starry night,
 The laughter of a rippling brook, The grace of a bird in flight.
 Then God fashioned from these things, A creation like no other,
  And when his masterpiece was through, He called it simply - Mother.
                                     We all Love You,
                   Marcus, Brandy, Cadence, Mica, and Ruby

Mom I'm writing this letter to let you know how much I love you. And although I may be a
little rough around the edges at times, your patience and loving kindness has softened me.
Your love and your council is always with me . Sometimes I can hear you in my thoughts
and it is your  voice that often guides me in some of life's most critical decisions .
 I cannot express in  words how much you mean to me so I will just say, I love you.
Thank you for being  you and the type of mother any child with long to have.
Happy Mother's Day, Monica

Mom, I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for me. No words can describe
what you mean to me and my family. To me, you are like an angel here on earth. Evan,
Seth, Lucy, and I are blessed to have you in our lives. Thank you for being such a
 loving and caring mother to me and grandmother to our  boys. We love you.
Happy Mother’s Day - Donnie, Lucy, Seth, and Evan

                                       Church Mother

              In Honor of Our Mother

    She is clothed with strength and dignity;
    she can laugh at the days to come.
    She speaks with wisdom,
    and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
    She watches over the affairs of her household
    and does not eat the bread of idleness.
    Her children arise and call her blessed;
    her husband also, and he praises her:
    “Many women do noble things,
    but you surpass them all.”
    Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
    but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.

Mom, on January 31, 1971, your firstborn and only son arrived into this world. Although he is no longer here with us in the physical, we are rejoicing in the Lord knowing that your baby boy has honored God and is now in his midst. The
 following year, May 19, 1972, your first baby girl arrived. With her bright and fiery personality, your nest has become much more intriguing. Eight years later on November 9, 1980, here comes your next baby girl. Your ability to raise such a strong and powerful young lady is what makes you so unique. Five years later on May 2, 1985, just when you thought you were done, here comes not one, but two baby girls! Although totally opposite of one another, rest assured that your pure and lively little girls have the same, unequivocal love and admiration for you.

All of these qualities wrapped up into one beautiful package we call family. Mom, we love you for all that you are, and all that you represent. Your honest conversations, advice, and zeal for our success are what helps us get through this thing called life. You do so in such a benevolent and brilliant manner, which is what makes you so inventive. We cannot repay you for all that you’ve done, but your role as our mother leaves a legacy that is full of high inspirations. We love you, Mom! Happy Mother’s Day! May God continue to bless you with many, many more!
